Current Projects
We are currently raising funds to provide tiny homes for homeless veterans. The homes range from 170-340 square feet and are fully contained with HVAC and kitchens.
· Built with high-quality materials and adhering to residential building standards, our tiny homes & ADUs are made to last and easy to maintain.
· With a dual-function mini split HVAC system, the veterans will stay comfortable, no matter what the weather is like outside.
· A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is standard. With certain options and compliant installation, our homes are easily adapted to full ADA-compliance.
Exterior
All walls in our models are framed with 2×4″ lumber, insulated to R-13 specifications, and finished in TrueWood Cottage Lap, painted white.
