Our History
Our History
- Since WWI, veterans returning home have faced many challenges with civilian life. Today is no different from the past and it is more difficult than ever for disabled veterans to find sustainable housing.
- Those that have PTSD and physical disabilities are especially in need of our help. Many veterans in wheel chairs need the lowering of cabinets and handicap bathrooms.
- The founders of this charitable 501(c)(3) organization are themselves service-related disabled veterans. We personally know the plight of disabled veterans and decided to stop talking about the problem and become part of the solution.
- Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area of homeless veterans we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. DVA Builders will build homes and renovate properties that are wheel chair accessible.
- We've consistently grown in scope and purpose, all thanks to the helping hands of amazing people like yourself! Please donate to help the homeless veterans and ask your family and friends to get involved.
- We firmly believe that veterans who fought for and served this great nation should not have to live on the streets because of disabilities received protecting this country.
